Jim was born and raised in Lebanon, PA. He graduated from Lebanon High School and he also earned an Associate’s Degree from Electronic Institutes in Harrisburg.

Jim has a passion for people and relationships, and he also loves business operations. He came to Jubilee in July 2020 after various jobs; such as electronic technician, foreign missionary, technician and service manager of a local generator company, and general manager of a local automotive business.

Jim has been married to his wife, Cindy, since 1981. They have four sons and 7 grandchildren.
